What should I do with my old iPhone?
This is one “hand me down” that your younger sibling won’t mind!
If you have recently upgraded to the new iPhone 3G and you are wondering what to do with your first generation iPhone, you can give it away. You will be able to pass down your original iPhone to a family member or friend with minimal effort at the time of purchasing the new iPhone 3G or at a later date.
Simply go to your local AT&T store to have the sim card swapped for the new owner of the first generation iPhone.
